Executive Menu

Available for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, the Degust’AR Lisboa Executive Menu includes couvert, a main course, one drink (water, soft drink, or a glass of wine), and coffee or tea for €17.90 per person.

For the main course, you can choose from the options marked on the menu, featuring fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes—always prepared with quality ingredients and inspired by Alentejo’s rich culinary tradition.

Group Events

The Degust’AR Lisboa restaurant has 100 seats ready to manage lunch or dinner meals and it will be through the skillful hands of Chef António Nobre that the Alentejo flavours arrive in Lisbon.

Responsible for the kitchens of the M’AR de AR Hotels in Évora: Degust’AR, Degust’AR Bistro and Sabores do Alentejo, Chef Nobre conveys the concept of Mediterranean food where Alentejo cuisine predominates, combining innovation with tradition.

With menus prepared with local and farm raised products, Restaurante Degust’AR Lisboa will follow its original line, preserving an authentic gastronomy and remaining faithful to its origins.
